We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at support@avarbuvo.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective Products: AVARBUVO covers the cost of return shipping.

For Customer Remorse (Change of mind): The customer is responsible for actual shipping costs.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days.

5. Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
