To provide accurate delivery estimates, we break our timeline into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Handling Time: 1–3 days. This is the time it takes to process, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
Transit Time: 4–7 days. This is the estimated time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your door.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely, including:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Amazon Fulfillment
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Address Changes: We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Once an order is in the "Shipped" status, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our Refund Policy.
